Chantrellcohol

Image
After many weeks, My mushroom alcohol  is ready. Simply explained this is a 4:1, 4:1 Vodka+water extraction, blended flavours/honey to produce 20% alcohol Mushroom vodka. I am not being overly proud when I say this is the best alcohol I have ever made . To begin I scavenged and Dehydrated mushrooms, then selected 4 flavour syrups. I then Did a 4:1 Vodka extraction on my powderized Chantrelles. Followed by a 4:1 honey water extraction. Syrup, then vodka extract, the water. After a week to have sediment settle, slowfiltered through coffee filters. Some custom labels to avoid mistakes.
